Avocado Rose Toast

Being someone who is an avocado addict, I love avo-toast. I'll eat it for breakfast or lunch (or both) whenever I have the chance to. I recently found a market that sells avocados super cheap so you can imagine the state of excitement I was in, I bought a decent amount of them, to say the least.
After looking at different avo-toast recipes I came across the avocado rose toast. It's when you make your avocado in the shape of a rose and plop it on a piece of toast, it's almost too pretty to eat.

What you'll need:
One slice of toast
1/2 an avocado
Coconut oil (a great alternative to butter!)
Sea salt

1. The first thing you are going to do is slice your avocado in half and chose a side to use.

2. Slice the avocado short ways, also try and make each slice the same size.

3. Now here is where it gets tricky... take your hands turn the avocado so that the slices fan out and make a long line.

4. Starting from one end, start to curl your avocado slices. Keep curing until you get a rose shape.

5. Toast your bread and spread coconut oil on top then place your rose onto the toast.

6. Sprinkle some lemon juice, salt, and pepper over your toast and enjoy!

Hope you all enjoy this recipe, once you get the hang of making these you wont be able to stop and everyone will be sooo impressed!

I can't wait to find more avocado toast recipes and do some more experimenting in the kitchen.
